I need a bit more time to finish the app, just have personality, history, and sample to do. tomorrow I have to clean and puppy sit so I'm not sure if I can get on (only just got on today and am prob getting off to puppysit again) and Saturday I will be at a meetup with Argentina, Hungary, Iceland, England, and Turkey.... pretty much all day... I plan to have it done by Wednesday at the very latest though... Just having trouble explaining Fin's personality... have mental image in my head but it won't write out...

Unfortunately, two America's is out of question, as the nature of this RP may see things get out of hand. Genderbends is, however, allowed, so if you would like to choose a nation that has not be taken?
Or you could go as one of the native tribes, or states that were nations before they become part of the US. We can't risk even more confusion than we've already been having, so... yes. Sorry.

I would like to request another extension. This week, I had testing, make up homework from the snow days, a school contest, and other craziness. I already have a wip app up, I just have to finish typing out the history, add more to the personality, write the relationships in, and write the RP sample that I'm already done planning, and everything should be in order.
