Laws of the Land for Distorted Destiny

• Your characters must be on separate accounts. To be fair you may only claim two characters per person, at most. We decided to cut it down because it's way too easy to make new characters and leave your older characters behind. We want you to be committed to your characters. Please register to claim your character and make your application.
  
• OC's are allowed. But you also are allowed to genderbend the canon characters. You're only allowed to have one OC.
  
• Please keep in mind that every type of pairing is allowed on here. That means homosexuality, both gay and lesbian, as well as heterosexuality. So if you don't like that you can just walk away.
  
• This is a literate role play. Please use proper English and post in third person unless your character is thinking.
  
• Minimum 400 words per post. We want longer posts so people can have more material to work with.
  
• You must be active. There's a one post per two week rule for each of your characters here at TD. If you fail to show up at all you just might lose your character depending on the circumstances, so be sure to leave a hiatus notice on the board if you're too busy in real life to post.
  
• No fighting. In character it's fine, since we've all seen the various characters of Hetalia attempt to kill each other in wars. Out of character, it's not. If you have a problem with one of the other members, tell one of the admins and we will try to solve the problem. Overall, please try to be nice to each other.
  
• If you've read the plot then you'll notice that the characters have gone back in time. If you wish to change history (which is only natural, in this case) please plot with people who are involved to prevent confusion. If you haven't read the plot, please do so now.
  
• Cursing is allowed. It slips every once and a while so why would we not allow it for in character? Try not to to go overboard, though.
  
• No power playing! Do not make moves for other characters. If you are a weaker nation then realize you will take a hit if someone like England/France/Spain (during this time period, these three have a lot of land around the world) attacks and you are a weak country you're not going to dodge every single hit.
  
• We don't accept perfect characters with no flaws. They're plain boring.
  
• You are not allowed to pick two characters that are in direct conflict with each other, for example America and Russia during the Cold War.
  
• No spamming or flaming. It's annoying and not necessary.
  
• You always will have five days to complete your character or reserve them again. The second time around you might have a few days less.
  
• Icons, signatures, and names are all fun to play with. However please place your display name as the country so we know who you are. When it comes to icons and signatures you must have something character related. And please, don't blind us all.
  
• The actual forum is now allowing explicit content, yes, M rating. Because of this we are implementing a 16+ age limit. There is a special section where the M rated RP's will go, and that will be blocked to non-members. That is the only place that explicit content will be tolerated in. However, we want to keep the cbox at a PG-13 rating, please, since anyone can access that. If something in the cbox gets heated, please move into a private message.
