With soft chocolate hair that falls about a long neck, Toris actually looks quite elegant, when he's not hunched over in fear. Green eyes are always soft, with a motherly look for almost everyone, and his full lips are usually smiling. His skin is slightly tanned, although still quite pale. His hair is occasionally tied back in a ponytail, and even when dressed casual, the Lithuanian usually wears tall boots, which seem to be a favourite of his. Even after being tossed back in time, however, one thing remains. Should you ever catch the young man without a shirt, his upper body is covered in deep scars, that disfigure the skin. His clothing style is either casual, or military, never truly in between.

Strengths:

• Cooking: Let's face it. With those hands, he creates some amazing food.
  
  
• Martial Arts: Hand to Hand combat's been something he's good at for a while.
  
  
• Literature: He loves a good book, more than anything.
  
  
• Family: He'll take care of the other people who are important to him in this life. Always.
  
  
• Innocent (sort of): He tends to see the best in people, until proven otherwise...doesn't he...?
  
  
• Strong: Underneath it all, He's always endured. Through Grunwald and everything else, he always stood tall.
  

Weaknesses:

• Introverted: He's not much one for people. Maybe once, but things change.
  
  
• Easily Depressed: Sometimes so much so, he'll get ill....
  
  
• Giving: Yes, it's a weakness. He'll give all of himself to keep someone else safe. Always.
  
  
• Pain: The Lithuanian can't really handle it all too well...not after Russia.
  
  
• Overprotective: Liet will let himself be broken in their place, if they mean anything to him.
  
  

Personality:
Despite the hell he's been through in his life, there's still a glimmer of the Nation that defeated Prussia beneath the shy, quiet introvert that most see now. With a regal bearing, the young man is elegant, tactful, and gentle, the type you'd want around to help ease a situation. Though he's easily depressed, and sometimes makes himself sick from it, he still will never stop looking out for the well being of others over his own. Mentally stable, though easily intimidated nowadays, Torrie is very much the studious sort. The mother hen in any situation, he loves his family more than life itself. He always sees the best in people, yes, even Ivan, and will try his hardest to give them the chance to prove it, no matter what.

He loves being outdoors, and gardening, since it seems to calm him down. Often, he finds himself missing the days of golden fields he spent with Poland. Cooking
is one of his major strengths, and if you give him a recipe, he can usually make it for you. It's one of the few times you'll see a true smile on the male's face. Then, and when he has his hand in a good book. He loves to read, and any and all literature is game.

Latvia: The youngest of the Baltics, Liet has a need to always be looking out for him.

Estonia: The tech savvy second oldest, Liet holds a high respect for this brother, and often works with him to keep Raivis safe.

Friends:

Belarus: Since he was younger, Lietuva's had a crush on her...though after their only date...that won't last long.

America: His friend, and something of an ally, Liet helped him out, and will never forget his time spent with the blond Nation.

Russia: The man terrifies him, and enthralls him, all at once. When their first commonwealth was formed, the brunette saw a broken man, and in his usual fashion...he wants nothing more than to help the other...no matter how much it hurts.

Poland: Though the selfish blond has been by his side for centuries, up until the toss-back, Lithuania thought of him only as a friend. Now...he realizes there's something more developing...something he thinks...might be love.

History:
He'd been a strong and proud nation, easily able to defeat Prussia during the Teutonic wars, and a proud Pagan country. Shortly later, he became the largest country in Europe, engulfing present day Belarus, Ukraine, and parts of Poland and Russia. After converting to Christianity in the 1300's, Lithuania began to become close to Poland, and things became a bit easier between the two. Any fights from other nations were met with fierce battles from Lietuva and his people. In the 1600's, war, plague, and famine resulted in the loss of approximately 40% of the country's inhabitants. Foreign powers, especially Russia, became dominant players in the domestic politics of the Commonwealth. Numerous factions among the nobility used the Golden Liberties to prevent any reforms. Eventually, the Commonwealth was partitioned in 1772, 1792, and 1795 by the Russian Empire, Prussia, and Habsburg Austria. As people continued to leave, Lithuania felt the loss as a pang in his chest. His country became smaller, weaker, and eventually attached with Russia.

Prior to the financial crisis, Lithuania had one of the fastest growing economies around. When 2010 rolled about, and disease, famine and poverty began to wrack the world, Liet was out with his people ,fighting, doing everything he could, to try to keep his beloved home on its feet. He even fought off his own sickness, dedicated to fighting tooth and nail for his people, no matter the consequences. The end of that came when the nation was whipped back in time. Terrified by the sudden change of the world around him, he feared something terrible had happened to his people, and he spent a good period of time trying to figure out just what had occurred.

When he found himself back in time, he was shocked, and delighted all at once. This meant he had a new chance to save his Nation! A chance to make everything right and ensure that they wouldn't hit the same crisis again. He intends on making the most of what he's been given, no matter what.
