Strengths:

• Marksmanship. Liesl prides herself on being able to handle weapons, and as such is one of the best shots in central Europe.
  
  
• Neutrality. Over the course of history, Switzerland has managed to remain neutral throughout most, if not all major wars.

Weaknesses:

• Temper. She's always had a hair-trigger (heh, firearm pun) temper, and it tends to get in the way of thinking rationally or keeping a clear head.
  
  
• Big brother sister complex. If anyone lays a hand on Liechtenstein, even if they mean no harm, Liesl will immediately go into 'protective bear' mode.
  
  
• Xenophobia. Liesl is well known for chasing people out of her house at gunpoint. It's her fear and dislike of strangers that makes her as prickly as she is.
